I had a terrible experience with FR&RTuning. I brought my Porsche Panamera in, and after their work, my PCM (Porsche Communication Management system) was completely broken. Before I handed them the car, everything was working perfectly. When I asked them about the issue, they denied responsibility and offered no real solution. Now I’m left with an expensive repair bill for something that should never have happened in the first place. Very unprofessional and careless — I would not recommend trusting them with your car.
