I lost a phone and when i tried to claim i was told i have no insurance on my contract, but before i was on a business chat 400 and upgraded my contract november 2012 n always had insurance. The agent that upgraded me did not advise me or inform me that i will not have insurance on my new package as i thought it will be carried over.
I have been in contact with Retentions department but it seems i'm not getting anywhere as i have been calling and sending me emails to find out about the status of my query and their response is not satisfactory.
I have more than one contract with Cell C and not sure if i still want to keep my services with them anymore.
I dont have a phone currently and use it for my work and would really appreciate if someone can attend to this as soon as possible.
I dont think this should be my problem as the agent should have know to advise me as a customer that the new package will not come with insurance otherwise i could have added it as i always had insurance on my prevyious package before the upgrade.
