Monday the 6th of January contacted C-Surance - very efficient with sending claim form, I filled it in & sent it back, also deposited R150.00 excess into their account.
On Wednesday the 9th of January I dropped the device off with Yusuf at Cell C Sandton, he could not find the right book, to book the phone in, so used a different "Repair Book", I gave him copies of all the documentation.
C-Surance phoned on Thursday to inquire where my device was, I advised them I had dropped it off at Cell C Sandton the day before, & they must contact them. I then received a call from Yusuf to advise that I must deal with him directly & not C-Surance, because they dont know what they are doing or saying... interesting!!
Many calls from various people at C-Surance & email from Bronwyn, my phone had still not been booked in at C-Surance. On Saturday the 18th of January, I had 2 calls from someone at C-Surance & was rather off & advised them to contact Cell C Sandton to find out what is going on.
I have just had a call from Bryce, Cell C Sandton, to advise the is a fee of over a R1000 to repair my Samsung Galaxy S3 then advised him this was through insurance! Can someone sort this out! I want my phone!
