I have been trying to get hold of MTN's insurance section since 21st December, 2013 and I hang on the phone endlessly listening to the deafening music that they have on while I hold. Today is the 20th January 2014 and I am hanging on so far for 35 minutes and still no-one answers. How are we supposed to insure our new phones if we cannot get through? The no. I phoned is (083) 123.6084 which was given to me by their branch in The Glen. Terrible, pathetic service from MTN.
