Ive been trying to get hold of the mtn insurance dptmt for weeks. They never answer the phones. The last time i tried to talk to them i was kept on hold for 40 minutes. This is very annoying because i pay a premium every month but come the time when i need the help they promise, i cant even get hold of them. Im really upset and am considering cutting all ties with this service provider.
