I had been Picked pocketed and reported my phone. To be informed by a Cell phone Insurance company that they do not have my device registered with them but an old phone which dates back 2 years ago (I did a contract renewal this year and phone was supplied by MTN) I was informed that I needed to contact MTN direct. on 083 123 6084 as MTN has been deducting every month since 2007 for insurance on my contracted phone. 37 Minutes later there is still no answer.
Who can help me with my insurance that I am paying for as customer services are pathetic
