NO ANSWER

For the past 2 weeks i'm trying to get hold of MNT SP Insurance. The phone on average are ringing for about 30 minutes and nobody answers the phone!!! This morning again, I hold for 30 minutes and the just hang-up. What is it with these people? Can't they just answer their phones??
