The dedicated insurance company for cell c does not answer there phones. I have tried to get a hold of them for two weeks now, and have to hold for 40 min or longer and never get through. All I want is insurance for my phone, and this is supposed to be company dedicated to doing cell c insurance for there customers as it was recommended by cell c. This place is giving cell c a bad reputation for bad service, so I would appreciate someone to help me get my insurance, as I don't have the time to waste calling and calling these people that don't answer there lines!!!
