I e-mailed a claim form to the Insurance Department on 27 January 2014. I have been waiting 9 (nine) days for some form of feedback, but nothing. In 2 seperate e-mails I have been given 2 very different Ref no's - claim ref: 7645163 or ref: 108652905. In the meantime I am without any phone, essential for my children's contact as well as my boss to reach me. I have tried no less than 7 (seven) times to call 083 123 6084, but all I get is the incessant ear-splitting music for an hour or more on hold. Please respond immediately with a favourable response. More than 19 years with MTN and this is how they treat you.
