I have been trying to get hold of the MTN insurance department for the past two weeks, I have stayed on hold for 30 minutes with no joy, every time I called in.
Then I resorted to emailing MTN and sending a web enquiry for them to contact me. No one has contacted me yet and when I emailed the email address they provide, it sends me a microsoft exchange server message stating that my email can not be delivered.
I find it unprofessional and totally unacceptable that no one answers the phone, when you contact the 083 123 6084 number and you do not get a reply from web queries.
Do they really have this insurance or are they avoiding answering so that they do not have to pay out for the insurance?
