Cant finalise my account because of Vodacom erro

After Vodacom messed up my upgrade and prior complaints, Vodacoms solution was to cancel and make me go through the process all over. When I went to a Vodacom shop I was told my account could not be sorted out because it showed on the system that I have a backorder. This is after Adnaan van Heerden emailed me in December telling me that the upgrade was reversed. Over a month later I am not able to sort out this issue in store because of Vodacoms mess up. In addition after talking to the assistant in store I discovered that I am losing R250 every month because of Adnaan's mistake. I was supposed to be on Smart L in December but because Vodacom messed up I am being charged R599 per month instead of R349 for the Smart L package which I ordered in November. Vodacom already owes me R500 for this, and whats worse is the shop which made me wait 20 minutes while they were on multiple calls to try and sort it out, eventually told me that the company I originally tried to upgrade with is outsourced by vodacom and are not open on the weekends so they can't do nothing and I must now phone and sort it out during the week. This is truly bad service.
