VODACOM SMART S PACKAGE

I DID AN UPGRADE IN DECEMBER 2013 TO THE VODACOM SMART S PACKAGE WITH 75 ANYTIME MINUTES. AT THE TIME OF DOING THE UPGRADE WHEN I WAS SPEAKING TO THE VODACOM CALL CENTRE AGENT, I WASN'T TOLD THAT THE 75 ANYTIME MINUTES ONLY APPLY TO VODACOM TO VODACOM CALLS. I HAVE ALSO GONE ONTO THE VODACOM WEBSITE AND NO WHERE DOES IT MENTION THAT THE MINUTES ARE ONLY FOR VODACOM - VODACOM. A MONTH LATER, I RECEIVE MY NEW BILL, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR ALL MY CALLS (THATS NOT TO A VODACOM NUMBER)! THIS WAS NEVER BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION DURING ANY TIME OF DOING THE UPGRADE. I HAVE BEEN A VODACOM CUSTOMER FOR 6 YEARS AND ALL THE FREE MINUTES EVER RECEIVED, IT COULD HAVE BEEN TO ANY CELL PHONE NETWORK OR LAND LINE. I FEEL THAT IF VODACOM CHANGED THEIR PACKAGES WITH MINUTES ONLY ALLOWED VODACOM - VODACOM, THEN THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISCLOSED TO ME. I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY, BECAUSE I HAVE SIGNED A 2 YEAR CONTRACT, BUT NOW CANNOT USE MY MINUTES, BECAUSE NOT ALL MY CONTACTS ARE ON VODACOM AND I ACTUALLY DO NOT KNOW WHICH OF MY CONTACTS ARE VODACOM, BECAUSE NOWDAYS YOU CAN KEEP YOUR NUMBER WITH ANY NETWORK.
