On wrong Package now Vodacom want to charge me R2k

After trying to get this previous issue resolved... https:///vodacom/complaints/5-months-waiting-for-service-migration-1078180 I have just received an SMS stating that my services will finally migrate but that I will now be charged R2023.50 for that migration!!!

!!! I think somes it up best. I upgraded my phone to a new deal which was supposed to come with the Smart light package - I've been paying for SMS's and Data for 5 months which should have been at least partly covered by the Smart light package since I've been stuck on my old Blackberry package - Vodacom Direct owes ME money and not the other way around. Sort it and sort it quickly!
