Telkom ignored my previous complaint, so here's the #2 one - I'd like a refund, half of this month has passed where I can't even stream 128kbps on a very expensive 10MB account.

For the last week my 10MB account has been performing worse than dial-up, running at less than 10% of capacity during the day, and only peaking in the very early hours of the morning.
I'd like to know whats going on, I cannot be expected to pay almost R1000 per month for someting that runs at 10%.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not specific to my account, MANY users are reporting the same thing on mybroadband - there is nothing wrong with my line, as has been tested multiple times by Telkom over the past couple of years, the problem is ALWAYS on your side.
