There was a upgrade done on my Vodacom account without my knowledge and after being made to run around making affidavit's and sending documents, for a flawed security system on Vodacoms online upgrade website, I am still waiting for a refund for the amount that was incorrectly debited from my bank account.
I feel Vodacoms efforts to keep me as a customer were pathetic as I have incurred costs for something that Vodacom could have prevented.
