Vodacom upgrade a mistake

I have been a customer with Vodacom since 1995 and recently upgraded to a 16G iPhone 5. The shop had the usual Vodacom book with upgrade deals of the iPhone 5 on the back. I chose the most expensive deal on the 16G which was R769-00 (Smart advanced). I signed the contract without checking it (big mistake) as I have done numerous times over the last 18 years. Unbeknown to me, the clever consultant put me on a Smart Advanced subscription for a 64G! On top of that, they kept on charging me for Blackberry Internet Service, although I owned an iPhone now! Clever from Vodacom heh? No wonder they are able to sponsor so many events...
I went to see the manager at the shop and he could not care less. I phoned Customer Service Vodacom and also got nowhere. Then I went to another Vodacom shop, explained the situation to the consultant and showed him my account. He said it was wrong and I should ask for an Upgrade reversal.
Needless to say, I am 2 months down the line without any luck!!!
Does it look like Vodacom cares? Consider going to Cell C guys...
