I, against my better judgment, decided to upgrade my contract with Vodacom, last week Friday. I woke up today 1/11/13 to find that my contract still hadn't been migrated to the new package.when I called vodacom, to enquire, I was told to go to the store that had helped me.l, which I did. The shop attendant, was very helpful as she called Vodacom, only to be told that the system was down and that I'd be on the same business package from which I'd planned to upgrade, with a new smartphone, no free minute and a measly data package, for another month. This is seriously shoddy work from Vodacom, with whom I've been since 2003. Seriously unimpressed.
