I posted a report on Hello Peter on 31 December regarding Vodacom's poor handling of a Deal Match. I was contacted by Adnaan van Heerden who is responsible for handling my complaint. Eight days have passed since Adnaan took the case and I have neither had an explanation nor an apology why my upgrade / deal match was not done.
Today, 20 days later they offered me a DEAL MATCH at R300 per contract (ie R600) MORE PER MONTH on the deal they were supposed to be matching! Insulting after being a loyal client of Vodacom for 19 years!
I can probably no longer get the deal from MTN and Vodacom should now (20 days later) take responsibility for this
I have requested on two occasions to speak to a manager who is actually able to make decisions and both these requests have been ignore
I have spent more than 8 working hours chasing this deal
