I started last year November 2013 with my phone upgrade. I found this deal in the Vodacom Monthly Magazine November edition for R729 per month, Smart XL package & you get a Samsung Note 3.
A week later I got my new Samsung Note 3.Soon we realised that, Kim, at the Vodacom store in Middelburg Mall, where I did my upgrade, registered the wrong account online. That meant that I was paying more, I am not sure what package deal it was, but it is more than R800 per month I have to pay for a package I do not want. She also registered my account as personal & not a business account.
I immediately followed up with her but she just shrugged & said there is not much she can do.
We then moved back to Somerset West & I went to the Vodacom care store in Somerset West the first week in December 2013.My new contract supposedly started on 2 December 2013.They took up my case, I resubmitted new papers & they were going to get back to me within a week.
I called twice a week every week but they just kept on saying that they haven't heard back from Vodacom business department. I went there again before going on holiday, spoke with Sean Adams & he also never got back to me. It's now 2 months later & no solution!
