Promotion on upgrade with new headset included 100Mb data per month. I am now being charged R29, 00 for a promotional item. Upon querying the charge I was told to drive to the Vodashop (4U) to sort out my own mess. Who is my service provider, Vodacom or the shop 4U? This is the second time that I am told to sort out my own (Vodacoms') problems. Are you private or a government institution?
