I did a upgrade last year August at the Vodacom V&A store and was told that i have been upgraded to the Smart S package and everything is sorted. Only lately when i recently received my account i realized i am still on the every day off peak package. I went to Vodacom in Table View but they weren't able to can't assist and must call the accounts department on 0821946 or go back to the V&A Waterfront store to do an upgrade as no upgrade has been done. I called the accounts department and was also told that they cant pick up on the system of any upgrade being done and must go back to the V&A Waterfront store where i did the upgrade. Seriously??? I work during the week and can't go the Waterfront store to sort out something that should have been done in the first place. This is utter!
