This weekend I have tried several times to access my internet at home without luck, yesterday i decided to phone vodacom to make sure it isn't a network problem. According to the person i spoke to my account has been blocked, she could not tell me why as i had not used it since 31.01.13, therefor a new allowance should be available. My account is paid via debit order therefor it is paid.
I am currently without internet at home and am having to use someone else's Cell C card just to download my emails.
I would like to know why my account has been blocked and when will it be unblocked
