We have problems which are network related, everytime when people call you or call them can hardly hear person, I called vodacom customer care & was told to look for 5 numbers not my family members who have the same problem & that's when my problem will be escalated to technicians, so where I am supposed to get the. 5. numbers if they say it must not be people I know. How long are we supposed to struggle with this behaviour & I could not even hear the name of the guy who was helping me due to bad voice quality.
