My Vodacom contract has been locked twice over the past month without any warning. Customer services couldn't help me and I was cut off and transferred the whole time. I was also informed this morning that I am billed for blackberry internet services, but I currently have an Iphone... I upgraded my account and the new contract became active from 01/03/2013 when the first debit order also went off and yesterday evening 04/03/2013 my phone was blocked again. Customer services can't help me and I cant use my phone which I pay more that R800 for per month. I also have data contract with Vodacom, which is also blocked. I will never in my live get another contract from Vodacom. They can't help me when i have problems, they bill me for services I don't have or use and they block my contract without warning for no reason!!!
