My phone was on the 14 Nov 2013. Vodacom was notified to block my sim and my handset.
Arriving back at home I placed my new sim card in my wife's phone to check my message and emails which is Cell C and here phone got blocked. Only finding out the next day that Vodacom didn't block my hand set.
up to now my wifes phone is still blocked and I don't have a new phone yet. What the must we do to get any service out of Vodacom
