Poor cell and data service

I changed network from Vodacom to Cell C due to their preferential data and call rates, since then, every evening after approx. 6pm I cannot access the internet, or send/receive emails, my wife did the same and has exactly the same problems.

It is not the handset, and I remain in the same location from 5 till late and before 5-6pm there is access and after 6 there is nothing. With Vodacom I could access the internet and emails,

I changed to cell c for use of the data package and even included an extra 1.2mb of data as I work from home and need to access the internet in the evenings and now I cannot.

What is the use of having cheap data when I cannot use it? It seems that when everyone is home in my area (after 6pm) and log on to the internet there is not enough service to go around, and therefore we cannot access the internet.

If no one contacts me with a solution to this problem I will take my case to the CPA and demand the contract be cancelled as cell c has not provided the service they advertised and offered!
