Blocking of cellphone account

2 months ago my internet modem was from my house and a huge bill was incurred. I contacted Autopage to make payment arrangements and they agreed that i could do so, but then they stipulated that both the internet and cell phone account would be blocked until the debt is paid in full. I can understand that they want to block the internet account as that is where the debt was incurred but to block the cell phone account also, which has always been up to date and never in arrears is unacceptable. I tried to discuss the matter with them (Porsche) but they wont give me a hearing and insist that both accounts will be blocked. I am deeply dissapointed by their lack of service and poor customer relations. I understand that the one account to be blocked but would expect the phone account to remain active.
