ABSA BLOCKING MY ACTIVE ACC INTERNET ACCESS!!!

CANNOT BELIEVE THAT I HAVE TO ONCE AGAIN, HAVE THE SAME DISCUSSION WITH ABSA REGARDING MY ABSA SAVINGS ACCOUNT. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THIS YEAR THAT ABSA HYDE PARK CLOSES AND BLOCKS MY ACCESS TO MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT. ON THE SAVINGS ACCOUNT, I HAVE BRILLIANT ACCOUNT CONDUCT AND DO ALL MY TRANSACTIONS VIA INTERNET. LESS THAN A MONTH AGO, I COULD NOT ACCESS MY INTERNET BANKING SERVICES AND AFTER A COMMISSION, ACCESS WAS GRANTED ON MY ACCOUNT AGAIN. THIS WEEKEND, I COULD NOT ACCESS VIA INTERNET AND WENT TO AN ATM TO MAKE AN URGENT PAYMENT TO THE RECEIVER OF REVENUE. BACK IN THE OFFICE, WHEN ATTEMPTING TO LOG INTO ABSA, THEY BLOCKED MY ACCESS ONCE AGAIN. THIS IS SO REDICULOUS. THEY DEMAND PAYMENT ON A CHEQUE ACCOUNT BUT YET, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED AND THEY BLOCK A TRANSFER FROM THE SAVINGS TO THE CHEQUE ACCOUNT AND INSIST YOU GO INTO THE BANK TO MAKE A PAYMENT LIKE YEARS AGO. THIS IS SUCH A HUGE FRUSTRATION. I AM LEAVING FOR A BUSINESS TRIP THIS AFTERNOON AND YET, CANNOT TRUST ABSA TO HAVE THIS RESOLVED - CAN EXPECT 50 CALLS TO FIX IT NOW BUT YET, THEY NEVER SEEM TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE PERMANENTLY!!!
