I just need someone to answer my question

I called mtn call center number 173 yesterday to ask why my airtime is being taken since I had activated my BIS as I am using a blackberry. I got through to Zimkhita who told me it's because I download pictures on whats up nd music and i told her thats because i havent downloaded music on my phone and i have been receiving pictures on watsup at no extra cost as i activate BIS every month. I didn't understand what she was saying because this has not happened to me previously and I have been downloading pictures, why now? I asked to speak to her supervisor, and she asked me for what? she then said she will call her supervisor for me, she came back to the phone minutes later to tell me her supervisor is busy and will call me back. I asked after how long and she said she doesn't know that. it's been 12hrs and I haven't received a call from the supervisor as promised to explain why my airtime is being taken. i still dont have the answer to my question
