Last Week I received an promotional sms from 8ta, that if I buy R10 airtime before 27/09 I'll get 100MB of data free for the weekend to use. On the evening of 27/09 i recharged my account hoping to get the 100MB of data. Well sadly this didn't happen. Instead I received my airtime, R10 and an extra R10 to use until the 04/10/2013. On Saturday I call the call centre told the agent of my story. She told me that she cant see the sms that was sent to me and I need to go a store to sort out. Asked why do I need to do this, and read the sms to her. I told her i called a few minutes ago, and before the agent put the phone down in my ear, that she saw the sms that was sent to me but didnt see the sms sent after i recharged. When i told her this, she was admit that there no sms of this promotion on my number. Asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they all busy and asked if they can call me back, which i said i'll hold. well she really wanted me off the phone, as we all know their calls are timed. and the supervisor will call me back. well it Sunday and no supervisor phoned, just like 8ta. I want my 100MB today
why promote something then you cant make due on the promise.
