On the 15/02/2013 I noticed that an amount of R10 airtime had vanished from my phone. I then contacted vodacom call centre and spoke to Branville Khan who was not helpful @ all, he tried dismissing me as he couldn't give me an explanation. I then asked him to call his supervisor (Thando) but he told me he was unavailable. I then asked 4 another supervisor who flatly refused to come to the phone (Furgoson). He then requested another colleugue of his (Azorio) to call me back, which he did but could not explain the diappearance of my airtime. While on the call with more airtime vanished. In total I lost about R12 worth of airtime and vodacom employees told me I could migrate to another service provider if I wished to. Basically told me to off. According to them I was charged for using the internet but I wasn't suppose to be charged as I'm on BIS and it was still active. The same thing happened again 2nite when vodacom robbed me of my 22 minutes of my power hour. When I called to complain Annelie told me that I used 55min which is not true. I have my call history as proof that I didn't use up my min. My 22 min vanished and it was before 20:00 and Anellie Moses was rude and impatien
