MTN keeps taking my airtime everytime. im using a blackberry and i always go on the internet using my airtime and it takes long and i prefer it that way cause their data finishes off in hours which is also a big concern.
I called the center and everytime their keep telling me that the records arent yet showing and when asking to speak to a supervisor im told their either on lunch or escalating on another call, then someone tells me that they'll call me and the turn-around time is 2 hrs but i never got the call.
Got terrible service from Silindile Dimba (kzn) asked for her supervisor then got the popular answer His on lunch Supervisor Masa Bonginkosi (kzn), was told he'll call after 2 hrs but im still waiting.
MTN is making this a habit, you load R10 they give another R5 only for them to rip you off your airtime. 1st it was the BIS they give you data which runs like mad then decided to use my airtime, its like they constantly thinking of ways to rip people off. I've been saying i'll port my number now its the time. 3 times in 1 week being ripped off my airtime. Im tired now i cant really. Its painfull.
