MTN CALL CENTRE WORST I EVER CAME ACROSS!!!

GOOD DAY, I JUST WANT TO COMPLAIN THE BAD SERVICE ME AND MY WIFE GOT ON 11/11/2013. THE PROBLEM IS SINCE LAST WEEK FRIDAY MY WIFE LOADS AIRTIME THEN AFTER 2 MINUTES HER AIRTIME IS GONE. MONDAY WE CALLED MTN 173 NUMBER AND SPOKE TO CHARLOTTE. EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM TO HER AND SHE INSISTED THAT MY WIFE DOESNT LOG OUT OF WHATSAPP AND FACEBOOK ETC. WE EXPLAINED TO HER MY WIFE DIDNT LOG OUT IN THE PAST SO WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE NOW. I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO SUPERVISOR. SPOKE TO WINSTON. HE ADVISE THAT ALSO WE MUST LOG OUT AND AFTERWARDS HE CHANGE TO SAY THAT SOMETHING IS DOWNLOADING. HOW CAN SOMETHING DOWNLOAD IF THERE IS NO DATA OR AIRTIME. I DONT KNOW HOW CAN YOU MAKE A PERSON LIKE HIM A SUPERVISOR. AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL CHARLOTTE WAS TALIKNG TO HIM AND I COULD HEAR HOW SHE ASK HIM WHAT TO DO??? DONT YOU GUYS HAVE HOLD BUTTONS? I THAT SPOKE TO THEMBA HE DID LONG SECURITY CHECK. ALSO GAVE INFO THAT SOMETHING DOWNLOADING BUT NO ONE CAN TELL US WHAT OR EVEN STOP THE PROCESS. NOW MY WIFE BUYS AIRTIME AND IT DISAPPEARS AND MTN CONSULTANTS SAY SOMETHING DOWNLOADING WHAT THE!!! CAN SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE PLEASE CALL ME.
