I have the contract for R100 airtime, 25 sms's and 10 mb bundle every month. since last month my airtime vanishes the moment i get the notification sms. I called the sevice department last month and they said i was subscribed to a service i did not even know of, she said she would cancel it. So today I get my notification SMS. I checked my airtime to only see R4 airtime. I then phoned in and spoke to Linda Maphiri, she then told me that I was subscribed to 2 services!??? and that it took R96 airtime in one go!!! second time this has happened and Linda said theres nothing she can do, not even to unsubscribe me from these services, she spoke over me to the point where i had to scream to get attention. I asked to speak to the manger and she flat out said "NO" please listen to the recording you guys do. Then I asked for the supervisor then she put me on hold for some time only to tell me that the supervisor will call me back. Still nothing happening. Im being robbed every month and nothing is being done about it! I have a blackberry so the other phone thats being robbed has no reason to go on the net, just check on your system. Arent you guys suppose to prevent this?!! I need help!
