Feedback, call center and breach of contract

On Sunday my Cell C 200 contract was activated. When I checked my balance I had 100 minutes, 100 SMS and 100mb. I called the call center to confirm that I was on the 200 contract, the assistant said that I was. When I asked why I only had 100 minutes, mb and SMS he said that it was because half of the month was over so I only got half of my contract. I then asked if I still have to pay the full R200 and he said yes!? I asked to speak to his supervisor because why should I pay the full price when I only got half of the product!? The assistant said that the supervisor was busy and he would call me... Till now I haven't received a call!? This is unacceptable!? This is breach of the contract that I signed!
