Ongoing Nightmare

This is beyond ridiculous. This is my third report in connection with the same issue going back to at least mid-October 2013. You can look up escalation reference ARS 235680 to track the history of this complaint.

In mid-November, I received a statement via e-mail that showed the following:

Total (Due date 06 Dec 13) R246.40 CR

I received nothing in December, and just now -- mid-January -- I received another statement via e-mail showing the following:

Previous invoice Balance brought forward R246.40 CR
Opening balance Credit amount R246.40 CR

Charges for January 2014
Adjustments (non-taxable) R246.40
Total (Charges for January 2014) R246.40

Total (Due date 06 Feb 14) R0

Is my account still active? If it is, my question is why? If it isn't, then where is my refund? Why you even bother putting that e-mail address at the bottom of your responses is beyond me since not once have you responded to any e-mails sent by me to that address.
