I am trying to understand why the scoring on my temp loan is different this month. Get to call centre, she says the system decided this. I ask why, she cant answer. Ask to speak to supervisor, I hold on for few minutes get told supervisor on lunch. I ask to speak to another supervisor, I get told at this stage it is 11:27 that if I want to I can hold on until 12:00, because that is when the supervisor will be back.
