On Monday, 6 January 2014 I took my Blackberry Z10 in for repairs at Vodacom Repairs in Alberton.
I received the phone in October 2013 when my upgrade was due and in just 2 months i experienced problems. For the past month the phone keeps losing coverage and I had to repeatedly switch it on and off to send/receive bbm & whatsapp messages. My phone would constantly freeze and it would restart by itself. Within a week of receiving the phone i had to charge the battery twice a day.
TWO months after receiving it, I took it to Alberton Repairs for the problem to be sorted. The booked my phone in for repairs and on Friday morning, 10 January, i received an sms informing me that my phone is in the process of being repaired and they are awaiting spares. Two hours later i receive another sms informing me that my handset is ready for collection. To my dismay, instead of Vodacom repairing my phone, they just replaced it with a brand new phone which is giving me the same problems the other one did!!! Now it is worse because i i lose network as well.
I can't afford to pay R450 a month for a phone that is constantly having to be repaired because someone cannot do their job efficiently!!!
