Continuous repairs

My blackberry recently came back from repairs for the third time and it still has problems. My phone was still under warranty and got sent in to the Vodacom branch in eastgate for repairs. The 1st times problem was the trackpad was not working, after a week a so it got replaced with a refurbished 1 and had another problem the battery was not lasting even when putting a new 1 in it still wouldn't last. My phone went in for repairs again and came back with another problem the phone switched off and on, I send it back in for repairs for the third time and it got replaced with a refurbished 1. I picked up my phone from Vodacom yesterday without them even sending me an sms saying my phone is ready for collection, this has happened to me on more than 1 occasion. This time Vodacom gives me a blackberry with a broken trackpad. I am very angry at the quality of service received from Vodacom, I love my blackberry and now how long must I stay without a phone? I was even considering getting myself a blackberry playbook but after all the problems received from blackberry and Vodacom my mind is changed. Being a leading service provider and leading smartphone I expected better quality of service
