I booked my blackberry in for repairs at Vodacom Repairs Durban on 25/09/13 they sent my phone to JHB, when the phone came back after 10days no reapirs were done, it was giving me the exact problems i complained about, all the technican did was reformat the phone. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager (Mr Ismail) he requested that i have the phone booked in again and he would make sure that the problems will be solved, so on the 09/10/13 i booked it in, they sent it to JHB, the phone came back on 14/10/13 they replaced the phone with another Blackerry however this is NOT a new handset, its a refurbished phone and a number of keys does not function. I'm of because im not prepared to book it in for another 10days. I'm losing my business cleint s because of Vodacom's Incompetance.
i hope this matter gets resolved once and for all.
