Two months ago I called Vodacom to adjust the size of my data bundle from 100MB to 250MB. It was advised that as of 1 Dec 2013 I will recieve 250MB every month. Early during the month of December I received a sms informing me that my data bundles have been depleted and I have been recharged with 100MB. Vodacom was contacted and the query resolved a couple of days later.
While the query was being resolved this meant me having to buy airtime for data to ensure my apps could continue running. In January 2014 it happened again where I had only been recharged with 100MB and not 250MB. My data has since run out and I am awaiting my query (same as last month) to be resolved. This is unacceptable when I am paying for the 250MB and had requested! This is bad customer service when the customer has done everything correctly but needs to wait 10 days for the query to be resolved!
