Great Marketing, Lousy Support

I tried openweb's new Titan package.

it worked great for a day or two and then I had to reboot my modem repeatedly to get any type of connection.

Now when I try to cancel my account, I can only cancel via email, but the reference numbers do not register on their helpdesk.

I cancelled within 7 days but will still have to pay for the following month according to their policy.

This is not great service.

I have the call recordings if there is a dispute on this.
