I am really off
with the service blackberry and Vodacom Repairs is providing. I have upgrade a
blackberry Q10 in October 2013 I chose this phone
because blackberry is a leading mobile company but I
must tell u that the services are very poor. Only used the phone for 2 months and the keypad start giving problems. So I got frustrated and booked it in for repairs @ Vodacom Cell Shop in Komatipoort on the 08/01/2014 they said it would take 2weeks as they have to sent my device to a Vodacom repair outlet.. so I waited patiently for my phone to be returned in a WORKING CONDITION. On the 28/01/2014 I received a call from Vodacom Cell Shop.. my phone are back from repairs and ready for collection, as i did my phone came back with the persisting problem!!! The device are booked in again for 2nd repairs on the 29/01/2014. I phoned this morning 04/02/2014 for a repair status as the consultant said my phone has been send to JHB service centre because Nelspruit Repairs couldn't solve the problem. I
haven't expected this from such a global company. What is
the use of this service if the service center staff are
failing to solve the problem?? I am really fed up now!!!
