Cellphone repairs and bad service from CELLC

MY HANDSET HAS BEEN BOOKED IN ON MONDAY, 06/05/13 AND I ONLY RECEIVED A REF NO ON 08/05/13 (PRE411259) AND WHEN I CALLED THE REPAIRS CENTRE ON FRIDAY, I WAS TOLD THAT MY HANDSET HAS ONLY BEEN RECEIVED FRIDAY (10/05/13) AND WILL ONLY BE WORKED ON THIS WEEK! I THEN AGAIN CALLED MONDAY AND I WAS THEN INFORMED THAT IT WAS NOT REPAIRED YET. I WAS TOLD THAT MY PHONE WILL BE PRIORITY MAIL AND WILL REACH THE CENTRE THE NEXT DAY BUT ONLY RECEIVING A REF NO ON WEDNESDAY MEANS THAT MY PHONE ONLY LEFT THE STORE THAT DAY. I WAS NOT GIVEN A LOAN PHONE AND I HAD TO INCONVIENANCE MY HUSBAND TO USE A 2ND HAND PHONE. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME MY PHONE HAS GONE IN FOR REPAIRS AND WITHIN HAVING IT BACK A WEEK, I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEMS AND MORE. I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS PATHETIC SERVICE AND FOR THE WAY MY COMPLAINT IS BEING HANDLED. MY BB IS NOT A YEAR OLD YET AND AS I KNOW, YOU HAVE A 2 YEAR WARRANTY ON YOUR HANDSET SO Y CANNOT I NOT BE GIVEN A NEW HANDSET? UP UNTIL TODAY I STILL DO NOT KNOW WHAT WAS DONE TO MY PHONE WHEN IT WAS SENT IN FOR REPAIRS AND I HAD TO WAIT A FULL MONTH TO RECEIVE IT AND WITH MORE PROBLEMS. I HAVE REQUESTED FEEDBACK AND IM STILL WAITING, CELLC POOR!!!
