I Want My Phone Fixed

Took the phone (Sony Ericsson Xperia X10i) to Jabulani Mall Vodacom for repair.
Phone Problem/Issues: The phone constantly switches off after a few minutes.(Job number 8719618)
After my interaction with Vodacom Jabulani Mall, I was sent an SMS to inform me that the phone is ready. Upon arrival, I asked what was wrong? They advised that it was just software malfunction and that it only needed software upgrade (which they advised they already did - software upgrade). The phone was working fine for a 12 hour period before it started to switch itself off again.
I decided to take the phone to a different branch, Vodacom Repairs Alberton (job number 8833667-04430885), since the problem was not fixed. I then received an SMS from Alberton branch saying that I must come and collect the phone. Upon my arrival, I was informed that I needed to take the phone back to Vodacom Repairs Jabulani Mall (Reason: It's a "RE-REPAIR JABULANI"). Took the phone back to Jabulani Mall (job number 8840225-4277588). After a week I receive an SMS: "Your phone is ready for collection, it is BEYOND ECONOMICAL REPAIR it cannot be fixed, R57.00 payable for assessment. Vodacom repairs Jabulani"
