Dear Sir/Madam.

My name is Nyiku Simangwe and my complain is about a phone I bought at American Swiss Rosebank Mall a Blackberry 9360 on the 12/02/13. A month ago encountered problems with the handset and I took it in for repairs cause it still under warranty. the handset was booked in @ Vodacare Sandton and the repaired the fault, got a call to collect the phone a week later I experienced the same problem took the phone back to the store and it was booked for repairs for the same fault. on the 09/07/13 called Vodacare directly to check status of my phone and was told its fixed and ready for collection, picked the phone up and few hours later after charging the phone started doing the something which I sent to be repaired for. The problem with the phone is the caresser not moving up, down and sideways, automatically goes to peed dial and automatically types the letter "B" on the search bar. I took the phone back to American Swiss today and they going to send it back for repairs. I'm so disappointed with Vodacare for their service as they seem not able to fix the phone
