Bad service and inability to do proper repairs

I took my phone, a nokia N8, to Vodacom Vincent park center on the 6 Feb 2013 for repairs, when I plugthe USB cable in it gave me an error. I was informed that it will take 2 weeks for repairs. I waited the two weeks and on the 20 February 2013 I phoned to inquired about my phone and I was told it is ready for collection. Upon receiving my phone I was informed that the phone had not been repaired as there has been "illegal repairs" carried out on my phone, the USB port had been soldered back on to the motherboard by some one. I spoke to Mr. Kirsten Pillay at Vodacom informing him I did not take my phone anyone else for repairs and the only time it had been repaired previously was in August 2012 by them when I had a net work problem and the speaker replaced. Mr. Pillay asked me to send him an E-mail my complaint, which i sent on the 21 Feb, and he will follow it up. I have received no response from him or Vodacom. i have been a loyal Nokia customer for many years and know that the phone has a 2 year warranty and repair free of charge, which is now void thanks to Vodacom East London. After this I will never support Vodacom again and will be canceling my contracts with them.
