Vodacom - My NIGHTMARE continues!!!

As I thought that my nightmare with vodacom was finally over from October 2013, due to their appaulling service they still deducted money from account.

In October they deducted the money and I had to go the bank to reverse it, In November again they still deducted money from account.

I called the them and said they will resolve the matter which also took ages. Now just when I thought I could enjoy my new contract with TELKOM MOBlLE (They are so much better), I received another notification stating that "debit order from Vodacom".

I am super super super upset as how can they keep on deducting money from account when I don't have a contract with them that was meant to be cancelled 4 months ago.
