Good day
On the 3September2013 I closed a contract account with Vodacom I then received a statement for the end of September. End of September they deducted R405.00 which is not the statement total of R203.50.This total was the reversed why... I have no idea. October and they deducted again R505.00 which there caused one of my policies not being able to be debited. I could not understand why but never followed up I just put money into my account for that debit to go through. that amount was then also reversed. Then in November they debited me with R605.00 this then caused my bank account to go into a minus which could give me a bad credit record. I now have no money and cannot transfer money from my savings into my account as it will clear that minus. I have spoke to Vodacom ample times and they keep putting me through from 1department to the other and they say the have put a refund claim in and it could take 7-14 working day which I don't have as I have NOOOOO money even to get to work. my last call the lady said the money should be in my bank account in 48hrs. Should my money not be in by then I will log another complaint with you guys to take the matter further
