Money deducted after contract expired

I wish to report that on 01 February 2014 another R 692, 00 was deducted from my bank account even after the contract expired 10 December 2013.
I have sent numerous correspondence to your offices to rectify the problem, I get punished with more deductions by Vodacom.
I have lodged a complaint regarding an additional account which was linked to my account, Vodacom continues to deduct money for the same account.

This is a fifth request for a refund of the monies deducted after the expiry of the contract as well as funds deducted for the account.
